Our Shared Hosting servers are protected by hardware firewall. We opened only required ports on the firewall.
FTP Settings
Host Name: The host name of your server. Please do not use this with your domain name. Please refer your welcome email and that has the host name.
User: Your FTP Username
Password: Your FTP Password
Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS
Transfer Settings: Active Mode (Use this option if you see directory listing denied error when FTP is connected)
